HELLO ZUMBA ENTHUSIASTS!!!

​I teach ZUMBA® Fitness classes at Center for Performing Arts, 3754 Pleasant Avenue South in Minneapolis, Thursday nights at 6:30 p.m.

ZUMBA® is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class with infectious music and easy to follow dance moves that will tone and strengthen the body. 

Each energizing workout burns 400-1000 calories and is suitable for men and women of all ages, shapes and fitness levels. Come and join the party! Latin groove your way to fitness!
